Sit or lay in bed, watch t.v., read. I really don't mind getting a cold because even though it's yucky, I can still enjoy doing things like watching t.v. or reading. What I hate is stomach viruses, because then nothing entertains me, I just feel miserable.

Only two things change for me when I'm sick...I seem to smoke less, but I drink more...Caribbean spiced rum is the greatest thing in the world for congestion...even if it isn't, after enough of it, you simply don't care anymore! Other than that, I keep going.

hmmm...if i have a cold or something like that and i have no tests or anything i go to school, if i do have a test i act like I'm gonna die...lol i only did that once...or was it 20 times...hmmm. But when ever i do stay home from a cold, the flu, a really ucky, vomitting illness, or some other disease, I go on my computer, read manga and books, watch TV, play video games, do more HW, drink ginsing tea with honey (soo good!) and i eat a bowl of ramen (ramen heals all). now if only i got sick when i need to be (i get sick a lot from the school with all of those kids who come in sick....i carry hand sanitizer where ever i go. Ya it's that bad)

I sleep about four hours more than usual, eat lots of soup, and sit at the computer or watch t.v all day.
"What? What aer you all looking at? Oh-do I have something in my teeth? Alright fine-we might as well get this over with. No, I'm not seasick; Yes, I've always been green. No, I didn't eat grass as a child...." "What's the point? There's not a gift I could give that wouldn't dull in comparison to your smiling face." "Hands touch, eyes meet. Sudden silence, sudden heat. Heats leap, in a giddy whirl. He could be that boy. But I'm not that girl. Don't dream too far. Don't lose sight of who you are. Don' remember that rush of joy. He could be that boy. I'm not that girl. Every so often we long to steal, to the land of what might have been. But that doesn't soften the ache we feel when reality sets back in." "But we're not gods. We're tiny, insignifigant humans, who couldn't even save a little girl."
"I know what the truth is. The person named Alphonse Elric never existed at all."
"I have to find out if she's a threat." "More like find out if she'll give him another kiss."

I have a habit of taking dayquil (with vitamin c, zinc, and a multi-V), tell myself that I'm really not sick and it's all in my head, and go about with my normal daily routines. But if it's really bad...then i just try to sleep it off.

This always kicks the crap outta a cold! My mom's Mexican Chicken Soup! (wtf, I aint mexican!?!?!)
1. Take whole chicken, boil for 2 to 3 hours or until meat falls off the bone 2. pull chicken off of bone, place in broth you made while boiling chicken, add potatoes, carrots and celry(all chopped) and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are soft 3. add 2 limes worth of lime juice to soup 4. place cilantro in soup add salt and pepper(to taste) 5. Eat with homemade tortillas (or crappy storebought ones)

I stay home, wait for my mommy to make me soup and stay bundled in my blanky in my room, watching movies on DVD or playing video games... or listen to music. Ahh, and of course drink yummy ginger ale ._.
