I personally think eye contact is pretty important. That and a nice, genuine-looking smile. Sometimes guys come up and start talking to me, but their eyes are darting everywhere and they just look awkward as hell. It's a real turn-off. If you manage to look comfortable, girls will be more comfortable around you. (The same principles tend to work for job interviews.)

It's more than Just that. Maybe you've played the wrong game?

Or perhaps I'm attracted to indecisive men. As far as games go, I'm no into them anymore. I just like straightforwardness, I'm really bored with those kind of games at this point in my life.

You termed it as "'I'm attracted to you, I'm not attracted to you'" BS." Is that not insecurity?

Maybe I'm just too inexperienced, but the whole 'game' concept is a little unnerving to me. I'd prefer to be treated like a human being rather than something to be hunted. Straightforwardness is nice, I guess, but that applies to all people in all forms of relationships. But then again, I'm not at a point in my life where I want a relationship, so my opinion is pretty much useless here.

Human being, animal, same thing. Hunter, prey, one or the other. Toby, you're cute.

That was kind of a random addition. I'm not sure I'm entirely getting what you're saying. (Perhaps this is why I've been avoiding the whole darn issue)

No, it's probably my lack of correct punctuation.

Again, I don't consider not dealing with someone who doesn't know what he wants to be insecurity. You need to be secure to say "enough of this" and walk away.

Here's something I didn't explain though. I live in California, specifically the bay area. Which has been refered to as a big bowl of fruit and nuts, this is true. The men here are incredibily flakey and wishy washy. I don't know how the men are where you live but here they can be big time wasters. I don't want that anymore, it was fine in my 20's but at my age I don't want to deal with some wishy, washy flake.

Someday you'll understand. But I know right now it's fun.

heh, are you tell me to have fun? Me, the un-social sociopath? I hardly mingle with the general population and have problems with society/opposite sex that go deeper than just being "wishy-washy." Or as people I've known called it "impossible standards." So I'm mainly alone and the beings I've love, are few but solid.

Hey, no arguement here, I dig, being alone mostly for the very reason I stated above. People are very annoying and as far a loved ones, quality always trumps quanity.
