Gah I know. Soo bad. She didn't even end up with Smith.

Personally, I would've preferred Rolfe over Smith. biggrin.gif

It was just stupid how she was in love with Smith and then she just jumps on the wagon with Rolfe. Like the what the heck? eep -.-

They've made a SECOND sequel to Balto. I mean, the original Balto was adorable, but the sequel royally sucked, and I'm sure this new one will too.

Can anything be original anymore? I don't think so. tongue.gif It's one majorly altered original after the other. Originality's gone down the drain a few centuries ago.

I'd watch it just so I can make fun of it afterwards. At least I'd have evidence to back up the arguments.

Darn straight. I suppose the problem now is that everything has been done. Even non-animated movies nowadays are adaptations/remakes of comics and old classics.

is disney a thieve???

at first, i thought that disney wanted to copy animes since they also created characters with big eyes and slender bodies etc(that was since 2000 until now)...

but then, i heard of an anime which reminded me of the "american cartoon" BatmanOfTheFuture... i think this anime is called TheBigO... and since then i knew that also japanese cartoonists are copying the arts of america!

It's true. Mankind has been creating stores for probably thousands if not millions of years. Everything has been done it's kind of like they said in Strange days,

"We've done it all, every kind of movie, every flavor of bubble gum what else is there for us."
(not accurate quote)

Not to sound like OMG IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD! but how much more can we do? Of course with changing technology and trends it could provide some orginality but don't most movies just go back to good vs evil be it mythical creature, corporate raider, supervillian or lion relitive who wants your position of king (or emperor) of the jungle.

I believe people can still have orginal ideas, I refuse to give up hope. Take FMA for instance true it goes back to good vs evil but the story as a whole is very orginal.

Sadly those people are few and far inbetween and the ones who do have orginal ideas, say screenplays may never get their works to Hollywood and often times when they do it runs the risk of being bastardized into something the studio feels is more saleable to the public. Sadly, most big budget movie making is aimed more at making money than making art.

Remember, the Lord of the Rings trilogy, one of the most successful movie trilogys of all time is based off 50 year old book series. So yeah, we're starting to run thin.

And that's my movie rant for today, thanks for stopping by. biggrin.gif
