Rock! I agree country DOES suck. And I hear it EVERYWHERE because I live in Georgia. If I hear of one more teenager obsessed with Carry Underwood, I'm going to shoot the person closest to me.
What do you have against Carrie Underwood? She's a good singer, otherwise she wouldn't have won American Idol.
you know who almost won american idol? chris daughtry. amazing guy and in my eyes the only good person to ever come out of a tv talent show with their dignity still intact.
persona rp: [url="http://www.fullmetal-alchemist.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=12717"] thankyou Arakawa sensei for the 9 years of awsome story lines, characters and plot twists that became Fullmetal Alchemist. it's been one hell of a ride :3

Rock all the way.
There are a few good rap artists out there, but most of them are just trying too hard to be "hardcore". There's only so much bling, drugs, ho's and stupid Hummers you can take before it starts getting ridiculous.

Hands down rock for me too, but my poor redneck friends would have to get out their beating sticks if they realized that country has officially been omitted from the music category xD
Seriously though country doesn't count? And rock's a pretty loose term. No wonder it's winning. Are we talking Beatles, Buddy Holly, The Who, Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, KISS, AC/DC, Ozzy rock or contemporary rock. It kind of varies a lot. And is punk, screamo, metal, etc. all rock too? :/

I voted rock, but I don't like all of the really heavy, scream-y stuff. (Although, maybe there are one or two I can listen to,) I mostly like 70s/80s rock. Actually, I like 70s/80s music the most in general. Darn, now that I think about it, instead of just rock, I should have just voted other. xD
