Kanye West has one of THE largest egos on the face of this planet.
I'd go out on a limb and say THE largest ego.
But, anyway, there's no contest here. Rock is better, especially Classic Rock. No band in any genre ever has made as much an impact on the world as bands like the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, The Who, Led Zeppelin, Queen, AC/DC, and on and on and on...

I think there`s something good to be found in every genre. I used to be really close minded when it came to music, but once I opened up to other options I found so many amazing artists. Sadly, I haven`t heard any true country that I`ve particularly like, though some bands I listen to have done like faux-country songs that I`ve just recently started to appreciate. Folk is a good genre too.
Darling you can bet to see my ghost up on the wall, watching you eat. Yeah, its true, I dream about you too, grinding my mouth, losing my teeth. You are exactly what a night-mare`s for. I'll night marry you.

Both of them. Mostly rock, but there are some great, unusual rap bands like for example Kaliber 44 (esp. first album, atmospheric as hell), Apokrifistis (underground stuff from Greece ), Dalek (rap mixed with industrial, weird but cool), Faith Hazard (horrorcore with gothic elements) etc.

"At the end of the day, there are some things you just can't help but talk about. Some things we just don't want to hear, and some things we say because we can't be silent any longer. Some things are more than what you say, they're what you do. Some things you say cause there's no other choice. Some things you keep to yourself. And not too often, but every now and then, some things simply speak for themselves."

Rap is crap, Rock is awesome. If you want to know why rap is crap, the just put some on and listen to it, there are exceptions to the rule, DMX is cool, Snoop is cool, everyone is lame. Japanese rap/ r and b is not bad. I hate American rappers, I'm American so I can say it. Deal with it. There is some rap that is aight, just majority is crap rap.
