I like Ed and Al's voice! Ed's voice is done by a man named Vic mignogna,I think he is somewhere in his therties or tweenties.Vic also does the vioce of dark on Dnangel, and other characters in different anime series. The person who does the voice of Al is new comer Aaron Dismuke. The surprising thing about Aaron is he is only 12!

I'd say, Lust, Edward, and Alphonse. Well... Actually, all the characters have very good voice-overs. I really find nothing wrong with them at all. Though, there are others out there who are very critical and will disagree with me. I expect them to.

I love Ed's, Hughes, Armstrong, and Al's voices the most. And last night I was happy to see Ross' VA was getting very into her role.
I got to meet Vic Mignogna and Mike McFarland (Havoc) at Ohayocon this year and they were both very sweet and were thrilled to hear I liked their work. Considering how big FMA is getting, most of you con goers will get the chance to meet the VAs ^^

I met Vic, Justin Cook (Russell Tringham), Kyle Hebert (Vato Falman), and Monica Rial (Lyra). They were all approachable and class acts. I appreciate that anime voice actors are really appreciative of their fans and always willing to sign our swag and take pictures.
How can Al sound too young? He was embodied into a suit of armor at like age 10, and his voice IS NOT SUPPOSED TO CHANGE. Aaron Dismuke's voice is fine for the role.

Lust, Ed, Al, Roy, Riza, Scar and Gluttony. Winry's is alright (and those who like Rose's voice should like Winry's because it's the same voice actress)
I just pray they don't ruin Izumi's voice. T_T

I only heard a short clip where Ed,Al,Cornello and Rose (a tiny bit) are acting, and I think Ed's voice was pretty decent, and really sounded like a teen guy. Cornello's voice was even more superb, in my opinion.
However,Al's voice really disappointed me. I dunno why,but he just sounded like a bored 12 years old boy,not like the japanese Al.

I think (dubbed) Al's voice acting really brings a sadness to the character that isn't always there in the original version. Some people say he sounds flat or like he's reading cue cards, but I think it adds to the depth of what someone in his situation would really be feeling. Amazing work for a 12-year-old, if you ask me.
Eternium elder: Fry, it is my duty to inform you that the fate of humanity, the fate of our race, indeed, the fate of all that exists and ever will exist rests with you. You are the single most important person in the universe.
I've been wandering about this for some time. So here goes... When you think about a character's dubbed voice, how do you decide if it's good or bad? What's your criteria?
Well, usually its matching the characters personality and looks, as previously mentioned. However, you are going to find people that completely look past that and obsess over the fact they don't sound like the original japanese voice actors. It's kind of sad really.
