I use to love watching Sailor Moon. I'd probably still watch it if it aired. I've only watched the english version. How many episodes are there?

Sailor moon is what got me into anime in the first place, so it holds a special place on my anime list... * looks around to make sure no-one is listening* I still like it! Shhhhh! tongue.gif

Seriously, though, we all have to go through the Sailor moon or Dragonball z stage at some point.Only when we look back on it as mature otaku can we truly appreciate it....

I watched Sailor Moon I don't know how long ago, had a time when I didn't like anime( ohmy.gif ), and I'm getting back into it. Sailor Moon got me interested in anime.

If I had a chance to, I'd watch all the sailor moon episodes. But stupid Toonami had to take it off the air! mad.gif

There are 200 episodes (including the last season which was never translated into English).

It's been so long since I've watched Sailor Moon. xD It was my first anime, too, I think.

Sailor Moon was one of the first shows that I kept watching. I didn't want to miss an episode.

Sailor Moon was my gateway anime.

Hi everyone.
I loved Sailor Moon since I was in 4th grade. I got really interested in it because it Made my grandmother made that she couldn't have the t.v. and it was anime. It also got my parents mad for sometime till they figures out that I watched what ever I wanted. It was also the one anime that got me really into anime in the first place. My second was Magic Knight Rayearth when it first came out.

You realize, it's been...two years since someone last posted in here, yes?

Gawd, what's with all the necromancy lately? Is there something going around?

Hm. Now it's been several months since anyone paid attention to this thread. My posting here is a result of my boredom...or lack of having anything else better to do.

So, yes, like some, Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon was the first anime I watched (after that, it was Speed Racer, Megaman, Flint the Time Detective, etc...). I really enjoyed the series, then quit watching half-way through the R season due to lack of interest. When the previews for the third season, Sailor Moon: S, started popping up on Cartoon Network (three years after the previous season had ended), I started watching again and was hooked.

The dubbing sucked, but I still found the storylines and plots very well-done! However, the animators and script writers could've done a better job of keeping true to Takeuchi-sensei's original story, but it was good nonetheless.

Ending of the last season brought tears to my eyes. Heh.
