Is there a limit to how short the stories can be? Can we do it in any format we'd like?

Does it have to be "true"? "True" as in "it actually might happen!"?

length of short is not relevant as long as it conveys a coherent story, preferable one is open ended enough to be continued...

as for the whole "True" thing, that was just part of the title. But any information on a member should not be contradicted if possible. Now anything thats not covered already feel free to make up.

but just remember kiddies... don't dish it out, if you can't take it.

(Sorry if you wanted to post yours first, Hito. I jsut couldn't resist. How about you give me a review and the green light if you like it smile.gif)

True Spammywood Story: Master Chief - PreChryoChamber

Everyone knows the story of the hero who destroyed Halo after he awakens. But what about his past? (sorry if this is covered in Halo2, I haven't played it yet)

Master Chief was born on a tiny celestial body we like to call Earth. He was born and raised in a little town known as Roswell. Now everyone knows about the whole alien gimmick, but Malcom Goldman knew the truth...

He joined the armed forces, Captain in the Navy. (yvan eht nioJ) He was trained in 18 forms of un-armed combat and has trained with every available gun.

He had always been fascinated by space and aeronautics but hadn't persued it. He would soon get his wish after his 31 birthday. He had still been living in the community of Roswell when aliens from outer space rained from above. He had immediately received a call of duty from the military.

He had fought valiently against the foreign nemises for over 6 years. He had lost more than 3 platoons and had become use to the sight and smell of death. Weaponry had advanced decades before its time to combat against the aliens. Scientists were perhaps more valued than the actual soldiers.

May 10, he was heading up to one of the landing sites where more than 50 ships had landed and was supposed to ambush the aliens but it was they who were ambushed. The aliens had caught onto their tactics and his entire unit was killed. As the leader, he was taken captive and humiliated. He was a POW for 4 yaers before another force of platoons came to rescue him and the other soldiers from the prisoner camps. He did not escape unscaithed. He was shot in 2 vital areas. As one of the best leaders on earth, the Navy decided to try an experimantal procedure. Chryogenic freezing. They froze him and many other great leaders. Many of them had died before the Master Chief had awoken in the distant future. He was their last resort and the rest is video game history....

Thanx. Yeah, I couldn't come up with a funny one so I just posted a more adventurous one. He he, you can't rush the thinking process. It waits when it is ready for you not the other way around.

This is factual blink.gif Woh, I didn't know the Master Chief really existed. Or do you mean that this is based on a real game and not completely made up stuff?

I might come up with a funnier one if I can muster the energy tomarrow.

I'd write one, but I've never actually seen the show and don't really know how it works. Still waiting for more examples here.

I might have to try one, but it'll depend on how motivated I am. This actually requires a bit of research on the person, so my brain has to be functioning at the time - a rarety on forums tongue.gif

That was really entertaining ...I might just do one of those...(since it might take less effort than actually writing something wink.gif
Mine would have to be x-files inspired or something completely random...hmmm [blue wanders off to think]

re: screen shot of what bros. are actually like

I never quite got what that pic was about when I saw it in the show.
Had they measured themselves against the tree and Al was taller than Ed or something? blink.gif
