Here’s just a simple thread to get this sub-forum started a bit. happy.gif

As for me... My first RP was on these forums: it was called Nightmare Castle. It was about 4 years ago, and I was terrible at RPing (clueless, actually. I had barely even heard of RPing when I joined it.). laugh.gif But I remember it was a lot of fun, so I continued RPing.

So, if you guys would like to share: Where/when/why did you start RPing? Was it on this RP forum, or somewhere else? (Note: don’t post links to off-site RPs.)

The first one I genuinely had the chance to join into was Any Anime U Can Think of Rp. I am not proud of anything that went down in there. XD; My ideas were silly, I god-modded, and to this day, one of the participants of that RP still accuses me of god-modding, even though I don't do it anymore (or I hope not - if I still do, somebody please tell me! happy.gif ; ). There was also an RP that died out where me and a terrible, terrible person newbie actually did yaoi in, which made things awkward for... everybody. XD; I was pretty childish and immature then (but in my defense, I was 13 and incredibly sheltered - those were my first few months after having literally discovered the internet), but I do believe that four years of experience have been enough to set me straight!

I only hope no other newbies follow in my footsteps... sleep.gif And if they do, they can learn from their mistakes much faster than I did.
