Will play later. Apologies for the cellphone pics:

Did you get the limited edition that comes with a phone card (or something)? 8D I think it's supposed to come with an awesome FMA box too if you pre-ordered.

I'm still debating if I should buy the game. I don't owe a PSP and I don't feel like fighting over my brother just to play the game lol. And an Ed & Al mp3 player is definitely more appealing to me than a game that I'll forget in weeks... My time spend on the Wii games excluding recording: probably about 7 hours each.

I stopped playing the first FMA PSP game after about 2 weeks as I got bored of leveling them up just for the sake of unlocking different colour costumes.

Maybe I can wait a few months for the game to drop price and buy a second hand copy for $20 or something =P (That's how much 2nd hand copies of the Wii games are now, btw).

Nope, got my copy from Play-Asia and they generally don't do the bonuses sad.gif

You need firmware 6.20 if you want to play this game and it does it's usual firmware check in the beginning.

Movement is basically grid-based.

I'll probably use the alternate cover that was in the June issue of GanGan once I cut it out.

o.O

Btw, are there any gameplays?

EDIT:

...I seriously don't know what to think about this.

Due to the cancellation of the end of FMA, Kasumisty must think of new signature.

It may take a while.

Wow, more cracky scenes. They really like putting lots of fanservice in the games. >_<

Now I know why Hughes was pointing a gun at Ed and Al!

Ed and Al were hanging out and they found Elysia. They don't know who this little girl is but Elysia told them that she was lost so they decided to help her find her parents... and Hughes saw Al holding on to Elysia, so he thought Ed and Al kidnapped Elysia. lol .____.

Now if I could just defeat #48 and move on... Done. and #66 is so much easier.

This game is so far better than the last PSP game because it has more story and variation rather than simple button smashing like the last time. This is really a RPG game that sorta reminds me of Pokemon (but then that's like the only RPG I play LOL)... you move around like chess pieces and you can choose to attack, use a special skill (which essentially are attacks, or defense skills), use alchemy (to transmute nearby objects either for attack or defense), pick up items, or skip your turn.

And of course, voice dubbing for the main plot + so much love. Kugyuu~~~~~~ <3

Finally watching the gameplays, haven't got time earlier, now I do - it's middle of the night here xd.

The commentaries Ed and Al make at the title screen are cute.

The music is really nice, so peaceful so far.

Wow, the main characters have all dialogues. So impressive o-o

The graphics are eyecandy.

And this game must be freaking long. That gameplay is 1 h long and it's only first episode (Lior).

Best FMA game ever made y/n?

Please, do it for DS as well ;.;

EDIT: 600th post already ohmy.gif

If you skip all the dialogues you can finish chapter one Lior in 5 minutes... 8D

That's what I eventually did when my digital camera ran out of memory space and my laptop has no space to fit my recordings lol. Since someone else is recording gameplay in better quality than I am so I'm not gonna bother anymore XD I'll replay the game to listen to the dialogues when I'm done the first way through... =P

and unfortunately I have forgotten how to take screencaps with PSP. ._.;;

I'm pretty disappointed with lack of dubbing for some parts though... The part with Roy and Riza in front of Hughes' grave and Roy crying isn't dubbed. @____@ I thought that's a pretty important event.

^Ah, I see XD

From what I see, the game is gathering high notes so far:

9.0 on Gamefaqs

10 on Gametrailers (but I see their rankings are quite upsided.)

Hmm, I like music from this game very much and wanted to extract it out of the game itself, but couldn't do that; I got the videos, though. And about one, I was wondering. It looks like the special ending which was shown before the timeskip, and it looks like a game ending for me (don't understand all those kanjis meaning, but... XD). +__+ I was wondering... does this game, by any chance, end before the Promised Day? tongue.gif yay for picture of Ranfan with automail training with Fuu anyway (it wasn't in original ending, was it?)~ XD
download it (I know it doesn't have file extension, but with CCCP I was able to open it in Media Player Classic).

I watched the vid and it really looks like they end the game before the Promised Day. Well, at least they won't spoil the ending of the story. smile.gif

Eh, but that file is tiny?

Oh and, watched the gameplay videos, well actually, just the last one. Looks turn based, kind of like Fire Emblem or something...

YESSS! must have it must have it must have it must have it must have it must have it must have it.

i'd be impressed/happier if those ratings were provided by ign or gamespot . .
What has really impressed me about this game are the epic wallpapers . . .
