If hes a pedophile... then alot of us are too. I just dont agree with the situation. I hope they charge him with nothing... or i wish some bible black .... onto the stupid "agents" .

I get where there coming from. REAL kiddie porn is a huge problem as well as underground stuff.

People do get "kidknapped" out of whatever fetishes they have and do get killed. Some of its sold.

Now i see where there coming from. If Participating in child porn is illegal and watching and distributing it is illegal they see drawings of those things being depicted just as bad.

Why?

Because They dont know that this man is just a collector or not. We dont know what was on those computers of his. Really were all defending the guy because we collect to.

For all we know he could be a distributor himself.

Time shall see.

Are you really this stupid?

No. No they are not. They are banning cartoons/comics that depict kids in sexual acts.
Not all manga does this unless I've really missed the boat on something.

This is part of of what they are trying to ban;

It is interesting.

Worth keeping an eye on. Personally, I think it would pretty impossible to enforce. Sure, you could make it so British publishers couldnt publish lolicon images, but then what about imports? Going to check every manga coming in from overseas are they?

I knew a guy back in Germany who got hit up with UCMJ (military law) for posession of "questionable" manga. Loss of 2 grades in rank (busted down to private), forfeiture of pay, 14 days extra duty, a stiff fine, and flagged for several months.

Sounds harsh, but that's really the same punishment for any infraction of the UCMJ that gets high enough in your leadership's eyes. Being late, forgetting a mission-vital piece of equipment, failing to stand at the correct position to someone's rank while being addressed by them, denying a direct order, improper uniform. Anything can be punished with an Article 15 (non-judicial punishment). Personally, I would have taken a court-martial for something like that.

Being a pervert shouldn't be against the law. It's immoral, but it shouldn't be against the law. I think these people shouldn't throw him in prison unless he actually started abusing people. If they think it's that immoral, just let him read the stuff, and then just let him go to hell later.
