~ Fma Game For Psp Coming, Famitsu Scans 10th July 2009 ~

Was actually looking for Soul Calibur stuff in Famitsu... but um...

What? I don't get it. Did we hear about this earlier? BECAUSE I HAVENT.

The only thing I can read with my incredible knowledge is in big Katakana: BATTLE

Yay, battles!

Thoughts?

And oh my god is there already a thread on this? I usually get excited and post a thread when one already exists.

EDIT: Oops. http://www.fullmetal-alchemist.com/forums/...showtopic=11913 Mergy mergy?

http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p...amp;postcount=1

Says the release date (in Japan) is Oct 15th. Actually they just wrote a date so I'm guessing it's the release date. And it's "75% completed". (y)

~ New Fullmetal Alchemist Game For Psp ~

hi guys biggrin.gif , good news ^^ There will be a new game for Fullmetal Alchemist on PSP from Namco Bandai

This post from ANN:

QUOTE
FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST HITS THE PSP IN PAIRS
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood's inevitable following of games now spreads to the PSP with Fullmetal Alchemist: Senaka wo Takuseshi Mono. A 3-D action game of sorts, it leans heavily on two-character teams from the anime series, with each combination creating new attacks. The headliners are Ed and Al and Mustang and Hawkeye, though I imagine there'll be some Homunculis and other characters tossed into the fray. Armstrong and Sig Curtis, for example.

This scans from Famitsu magazine:

The game will release
in 15-10-2009

I can't wait ><

Info from HagarenBBS, posted by Alchemist94!

Edit: Didn't know there is more, earlier info about that game. Lol.

Due to the cancellation of the end of FMA, Kasumisty must think of new signature.

It may take a while.

Thank you, Kasumisty!!
The title of the game is "Senaka wo Takuseshi Mono" (roughly meaning..something like, "the one who got your back covered" or something of that sort.. though, I want to read more about the game before I put that out as my translation, so, everyone, please do not quote me for this yet) and I'll try to get the whole translations for the scans and vid as soon as I get the chance.. (Or, others who can read/speck Japanese, please feel free to help out and post the translations!! ^^)

The gameplay seems nice. The storyline - well, I know nothing about it. About the graphics - cel-shading is cool but this was too pixelated, I hope that it's only case of a low quality video, not the actual game graphics

That is so cool. What sux is it may never make it to American stores for the same reason the 3rd game didn't, because the first 2 didn't sell well. Maybe the new FMA series will help sell the games because it has not only created some new fans but reenergized the old fans. This might inspire whoever allows the games to be sold in other coutries to give American fans another chance and let this game(and future games) be sold in stores.
