I'm lame; the only language I can speak fluently is english. v_v But I have been learning Spanish since 6th grade, and I can read and write it sort of well... It's not like I can pick up a book written in Spanish and read it and understand everthing, but by now I can usually pick up what it's generally about. And I can understand like.... basic conversations and stuff in Spanish. XD I'm much better at reading and writing it than speaking it, though.
And I'm hoping to teach myself Polish sometime, but I really don't know where to start there. :c

I'm learning and am pretty confident so far with Latin. It's pretty useless but it's still fun to learn. laugh.gif The next language on my list is Italian. Haha! My first language is obviously English. smile.gif

My first language is Romanian.
I'm fluent in English and also Spanish. However, I haven't actually spoken nor written/read anything in Spanish for some time now...
I'm learning Japanese, my current level is intermediate.//self-taught for two years, then I took some lessons, and finally I ended up buying some books for JLPT and of course practice makes perfect:D
For school, I'm learning French(which is kind of difficult) but I guess I just have to study it on my own I order to actually understand it biggrin.gif
Also, I took lessons of Latin last year,at school, but I don't know very much...however I need this language for biology laugh.gif
I'm planning on learning Italian, I heard it's quite easy...I actually know a little biggrin.gif

I speak German, which probably makes sense 'cause I'm from Germany xD Well, other languages are English and French (French only a bit 'cause I forgot almost everything we learned in school...).
And a few words in Japanese, but not too much.

Ukrainian - my native language
Russian - my second native language biggrin.gif

As for foreign languages, I've been learning English since 1998, and I can say that I understand it pretty well.
I had Latin courses at university last year, but we didn't study it much...
I'm teaching myself Japanese, I want to speak fluent Japanese someday D: I was surprised that self-learning is not that hard as they say.
Oh, and I'm going to study German next year.
That's all for now)

Haha awesome. I am also from Ukraine. I speak Russian and have done translation work for a game before. Immigrated to America when they didn't force us to learn Ukrainian, so I never did. Shame. So awesome to see people from Ukraine/Russia that like this show.

Wow, I've never realized that I would ever meet here a countryman! I'm very pleased about that smile.gif
My aunt and my cousins immigrated to America more than 10 years ago, and among them only my aunt still can speak fluent Ukrainian and Russian, other relatives speak Russian. I think it's common for all Ukrainians who moved to the USA at that time.
Hehe, you know, I don't know other anime lovers who would admire Full Metal Alchemist as much as I do) Though many of them admit that it's one of the greatest anime shows)
By the way, I'm from Vinnytsia. What about you? Where did you live in Ukraine?)

I can speak Filipino, and, well obviously, English. Although to be honest I feel like I'm more fluent in English.
I taught myself Italian recently, as a result my actual pronunciation is probably atrocious. Hoping I can enroll myself in a real class to get a better grasp.
I know some rudimentary Japanese, I can get the general gist of things but I have difficulty constructing sentences.
Mandarin Chinese too, but it's a lot more difficult for me than Japanese.

Well my native tongue is Spanish (Ecuadorian-From-The-Coast-Spanish :3) but I also speak English (I like to think I'm good at it) and Italian (Been learning it for more than a year...it's really similar to spanish so it's really easy) and (from so much anime and some self-teaching) I can understand a little bit of Japanese.
I'm also planning on learning French and Chinese since I'm want to travel a lot!! XD

My native language is German.
I'm also learning English since 3rd grade in school and in 6th grade I had to choose between Latin and French. I chose Latin.

Finnish as it is my native language
English, I don`t like to brag, but I am pretty good at it.
Swedish, average at best because we have to take some courses in school and I frigging hate it.
German, just began a basics course. Nothing too mind-boggling, but these are basics after all.
