Nah, it's okay --don't worry about it! I'm uploading them to a photobucket album now and I'll update this post with a link when it's done. happy.gif

ETA: Warning! Please be aware that there are images with end of series spoilers within the album! Artbook 3| Photobucket Album

Goodbye, Fullmetal Alchemist. Thanks for the memories.

-the manga, characters, story lines, the ending, the Brotherhood series, the first anime and the movie and all things related to it, are the only things that I will always love like how I love my own life.-

There are a few more pics from the artbook on Baidu, such as color pages from the manga chapters and two-page illustrations.

Warning! Some of the pics contain Series Final Spoilers!

OMFG, I almost forgot about this too, since I've been so busy!! biggrin.gif Must go down to bookstore and pick one up! That said, I am confused about one thing... I've seen two different covers?? Is one a slipcover and the other the hardcover underneath or is one of them the image on the "box" from the Animate website? Or...? O_o

Secondly, are there any pics of this special box? The original link to order it from Animate seems to be dead now and when I searched the site, I didn't see it. Surely it's not already sold out? ohmy.gif Of course, I have the English versions of the first two books and they are a different size and probably wouldn't fit, so I shouldn't care, but... just curious.

Not gonna be able to wait for a possible English version of this one, though! happy.gif

This is probably a longshot since the artbook's so new, but is there any word of the artbook being published in North America sometime? They're *far* more affordable than the Japanese ones, and they've already published the other two and the anime one, so... *hopeful* D:

You mean the anime one that they only published the FIRST one of and then never published the other two? biggrin.gif

@allykatty1 - Yes, one of them is the cover of the slip cover. happy.gif (Which I think was some sort of animate-only thing. laugh.gif )

This is the cover of the book:

Front and back covers of the slip cover you get if you pre-ordered through Animate: (Warning--> Images contain end of series spoilers) Here are the images that hilary kindly shared of the slip cover!

The box cover is really only a slip cover that fits only the 3rd art book (which is good because I also had the English version of the first art book and like you said it is a slightly different size).

^ Oh, I did not know it was a slip cover! ohmy.gif (Goes to edit the info on the first post ^^)

@allykatty1 - It's possible that Animate one might be all gone, as I recall the original ads from April sounded like it was intended for pre-sale customers? ...In case you'd like the Artbook III without the box/slip cover from Animate, you can still order it from other venders, like Amazon.jp, albeit the bonus cover.

Gaaaah, no, if it's a slip cover I want it! ohmy.gif If anyone knows where I could still get it, please let me know... T_T I could go pick up the book itself in person down in Little Tokyo if I wanted to... but I like special collectors' stuff. Drat. Can't believe I missed it!

Allykatty the only thing I can think of is maybe the Yahoo Japan auctions. You would have to go through a middleman but then again you would of had to do that for Animate as well.

I know this topic is a year old already, but do you guys think this book is available anywhere? I'd love to order it, with that red cover prefferably, but sadly I live in Europe and have no idea where to get it ;_; any info would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!

I'm not sure if you can actually get copies anywhere in Europe, but I got my copy from CDJapan.
