I think what's getting lost in all this talk about how great of an athlete Vick is is that he's only 6'0, 215. He's not built to take hits from linebackers on a regular basis the way other scrambling QBs like Culpepper, McNabb and Roethlisberger are. He's already lost most of one season with a major leg injury. So unless he learns to be an effective pocket passer, he won't have a very long career in this league. It's only a matter of time before he gets leveled by a Julius Peppers or a Richard Seymour, and starts seeing stars and yellow birdies circling around his head. Once that starts happening, you can forget about it, because if concussion syndrome can force a great passer like Aikman into early retirement, there's no doubt Vick will suffer the same fate, considering how frequently he puts his ass on the line.
