I don't have a problem with the age either, it's the fact that they type like most 12-year-old-AOL-ers. Like this...though this may be stretching it

I say, how splendid.

I can type awful when I'm in a rush O_o;; (And I'm awful about all those little faces. I have a friend I talk to a lot who uses them all the time, and he rubs off on me XD)

I try to sound vaguely educated on here so y'all don't turn on me and eat me XD

It's a nice change to Gaia, though. I can't believe the way some of those people TYPE. Do these people go to school? Do they learn to spell? What are they teaching kids in school nowadays?

You use period, correct capitalizations, commas and do not subsitute "are" for "r". You also get your "you're" and "your" right. There fore, you do sound educated. happy.gif

Ohhhhhh., trust me, I use the faces all the time too. XD Mostly to just get across my current emotion, because it can be so hard on the internet to understand the true nature behind what was just said.

Ugh...gaians....at least they're not as bad as youtubers tho. XDD

Edit: DDDD:

Mommmmyyyyyy, I'm scaaaaaaaaaaared!

Did some grape picking today; there were more bunches out there now that it's rained over the past week or so. It's been a dry summer, so there was some worry about the vines not being fruitful at all.

My legs sting from all the scratchy plants I had to walk through in the woods to get to the grapey goodness. While all the fruiting vines are pretty squarely on the river bank, getting access to them is a challenge. I swear, if I had a ladder to get up another 10-15 feet, I'd have been able to get bushels of grapes from one tree where the vines were just crawling all over.

Also found a lot of wild mint plants and brought a few home to plant in pots.
Made a mint julep with lime and lemon. smile.gif Actually, that's more of a mojito without alcohol, but the word julep sounds cuter.

Experimentation reveals that juice and consequently jelly can be just as easily boiled and therefore extracted from last month's grapes which have already raisin-fied. Perhaps they'll still make a separate batch though, and we can compare tastes between the early-season raisin jelly and late-season full grape jelly.

Anyone want a jar of jelly once it gets made? (Gonna have to go buy some new.)

Givenchy.

It's what my dad gets from a pair of family friends, and even I really like it. I think it's kinda expensive tho.

edit: WTF MY INNOCENCE HAS BEEN RUINED FOREVER BY ONE OF THE ADS ON THE SIDE BAR THAT KEPT ON SAYING "WANT SOME".

... Foosh, you're 18 years old and have professed to love (some illustrated) porn... panties and boobs don't seem like innocence-stealers for you.

But I agree, that does sound inappropriate for forum standards. Let's take that up with Bryantq and the advertisers.

Yeah, I know, it was more so a shock factor that it was on a public forum. It's not so much the boobs and panties that stole my "innocence" but the fact the ad is public, ya know? =/

The "want some" one tho only disturbed me because it was really exagerrated making out. O_o; Ya know the kind that makes you wanna puke. And once again, it was a shock factor cause it seemed inappropriate and out of place. (and for the msot part, I was joking around with my reaction.)

And yes, taking it up with them is the best to do, that sorta thing just doesn't belong here.

I never understood why a person would post on the innertubes while drunk. It doesn't impress anyone. In fact, it makes people think far less of you... but in my case, I couldn't possibly have thought any less of you than I already did.
